"How TVET changed the World" is an on-going project I have initiated from APTE. The project aimed to develop creativity and passion among students at a vocational college located in the rural part of Malaysia, specifically, Keningau, Sabah in STEM (Science, Technical, Engineering, & Math). It comprised of three major programmes: International Student Exchange Program (Malaysia - South Korea), Drones and Robotics. These programmes have successfully introduced our students not just to the cutting-edge technology but also to the culture of South Korea. As a result, the students have successfully demonstrated their skills and expressed higher interest in learning more about technology and culture of South Korea and how this could improve our educational practice. This project has established our college to become an exemplary model institution at national level.
