“Be the best version of yourself” Why do we need to compare students while they all have their rich and diverse potentials? We believe that students are born with amazing talents. What we need to do is to help them find the best version of themselves. Selamat Pagi, SDN Sidotopo I/48 Surabaya, is a happy school located in Surabaya city of East Java Province, Indonesia. Although we are located in the second biggest city in Indonesia, we are thankful to God as we have a peaceful and harmonious environment. Students are bright and more resilient than other students. Our school consists of approximately one thousand happy students and 40 happy teachers. Living in a borderless megapolitan city makes us understand the multi-culture. We are living with many diverse people in harmony. Besides that, we usually invite some foreigners to our school to open our eyes to the fact that the world is not as small as our city, but beyond that. We have regular lessons about how to be a good citizen. As a community, we do believe that a small action in our daily life would influence other people.
